The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure the durability and safety of the overall structure.The six holes on the battery cover are the channels for filling the electrolyte during production. A pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is then installed, which greatly enhances the battery's fire and explosion safety level.
In terms of internal design, both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a special paste-like coating. Combined with the absorbed glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, efficient gas recombination is achieved, making it a truly maintenance-free battery that requires no water addition and contains no free acid, thus completely eliminating the risk of leakage.It is specifically designed for high-rate discharge, with a power density 30% higher than the comparable BP series at a discharge rate of 5-15 minutes, and can provide high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode.
