BPL7.5-12 is a 12V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery from B.B. Battery's BPL series. This series offers a wide range of capacities, from 3.3 Ah to 210 Ah. As one of them, BPL7.5-12 has a nominal capacity of 7.5 Ah at a 20-hour rate. The battery case is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic, with the battery cover firmly connected to the case and effectively sealing the terminal area, ensuring overall structural reliability. During production, the electrolyte is injected through six holes on the battery cover, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials, which significantly enhances the battery's fire and explosion safety level. Technically, this battery adopts the absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, achieving efficient gas recombination, thus making it truly maintenance-free with no need for water replenishment by the user. Its internal plates are coated with a paste-like coating, combined with a sealed structure, ensuring no free acid, making it a leak-proof battery. These features enable BPL7.5-12 to have an extremely low self-discharge rate and allow installation in horizontal or vertical directions, providing great flexibility for equipment integration, but note that it is prohibited to use it upside down. In terms of electrical parameters, BPL7.5-12 provides stable energy output at different discharge rates. Its 5-hour rate capacity is 6.38 Ah, with a 30-minute rate capacity of 3.75 Ah, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring short-term high-power support or medium-duration backup power. The battery weighs approximately 2.7 kg, and its compact size design makes it easy to install in equipment with limited space. The terminal type is standard T2, and T1 terminals can also be optionally provided to meet different connection requirements.
