The BPL3.3-12 model of B.B. Battery is a 12V monoblock valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery, belonging to the BPL series. This series has a wide capacity range from 3.3 Ah to 210 Ah. The battery uses an anti-shock opaque ABS plastic case, which is sturdy and durable. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent leakage. The terminal design varies by series and type, providing flexibility for users.During the manufacturing process, the electrolyte is poured through six holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve made of non-flammable material. This design significantly enhances the battery's fire and explosion safety level.
In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a specially formulated paste coating, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology. This technology enables efficient gas recombination, keeping the battery maintenance-free throughout its entire service life without the need for water replenishment, while ensuring no free acid and making it a reliable leak-proof battery. Its low self-discharge rate allows the battery to maintain good charge levels even during storage.Installation is extremely convenient.
