The BC100-12BC series valve-regulated lead-acid battery offers a wide capacity range from 4.5Ah to 230Ah in reliable 6V or 12V integrated voltage configurations to meet diverse application requirements. The battery uses an opaque and impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, which is sturdy and durable. The battery cover is firmly combined with the shell and seals the terminal area to effectively prevent leakage. Its terminal design varies according to specific series and types, offering flexibility.During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, followed by installing pressure relief valves. These valves are made of non-combustible materials, ensuring high-level safety performance and significantly reducing the risk of fire and explosion. The internal positive and negative plates are coated with high-performance paste-like active materials. Combined with the absorbent glass fiber separator technology, efficient gas recombination reactions are achieved, making it truly maintenance-free. No water addition is required throughout the entire service life, and there is no concern about free acid leakage.
